We sell digital templates — budget and finance tools for Google Sheets, Notion, and printable PDF. Products are delivered digitally and may be sold here or through third-party platforms such as Gumroad and Etsy.

When you purchase a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own individual use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template or its files
- Share your copy, download link, or login with others
- Claim the template as your own or use it to create a competing product
- Mass-distribute the template in any form
3. Intellectual property
All templates, designs, text, and other content are the property of iARTidea LLC and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use the product, not ownership of it.
4. Payment and delivery
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment. You are responsible for having any account needed to use a product (for example, a free Google account for Google Sheets templates).
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Not financial advice
Our templates and content are tools for education and organization only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iARTidea LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
