Money Aesthetic (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by iARTidea LLC, sells digital products — budget and finance templates for Google Sheets, Notion, and printable PDF. This policy explains our refund and return terms.
All sales are final
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and the file or access link has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any right to a refund based on a change of mind.
Why digital products can’t be returned
The moment you check out, you receive the full template instantly — there is nothing to physically return, and access cannot be given back. This is standard practice for digital downloads.
We’re still here to help
If something goes wrong, please message us through our contact form and we’ll make it right. We’re glad to help if you:
- Can’t access, download, or open your file
- Need help making your own copy of a Google Sheet or Notion template
- Received a broken or incorrect link
Limited exceptions
We review the following on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 7 days of purchase: a duplicate or accidental charge, or a product that was never delivered. Approved exceptions are issued to the original payment method.
Purchases through Gumroad and Etsy
Some products are sold through Gumroad and Etsy. Those purchases are also subject to each platform’s terms, but our policy for all digital goods remains the same: all sales are final.
