Position Overview
The Treasurer will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the company’s capital structure. They will also oversee the enterprise budgeting and forecasting function, ensuring strategic guidance for all cost recovery segments. In addition, the Treasurer will be responsible for executing the corporate budgeting and forecasting process. They will work alongside the Chief Information Officer (CIO), CFO, and Controller to develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The Treasurer will also manage the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), share price valuation process, negotiation of credit agreements, and financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets. Moreover, the Treasurer will be responsible for developing financial models and updating corporate policies for change management.
Responsibilities
As the Treasurer, one of the key responsibilities is to oversee the Deputy Treasurer and various teams within the company. The Treasurer will also serve on the Executive Management Team, providing strategic advice on financial and operational matters.
