The position of Project Manager at INVICTA involves managing a multi-location facilities maintenance services contract based in Washington D.C./Bethesda MD. The Project Manager will work under the general supervision of a higher-level position and will be responsible for managing trades, craft, staff positions, and subcontractors as required. Management of Operations and Maintenance contract
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract to maintain and operate facilities and utility systems. This includes HVAC, ductwork, piping, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, water treatment, grounds maintenance, and custodial services on a multiple facility contract.
Perform O & M Management administration functions
The Project Manager will handle a variety of actions and problems relating to the assigned contracts, including performing O&M management administration functions. Monitor management plans

Minimum of at least 5 (five) years of recent experience
