Job Description

The position of Project Manager at INVICTA involves managing a multi-location facilities maintenance services contract based in Washington D.C./Bethesda MD. The Project Manager will work under the general supervision of a higher-level position and will be responsible for managing trades, craft, staff positions, and subcontractors as required. This role typically handles difficult projects and performs various Operations & Maintenance project management functions. The Project Manager will also perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager’s responsibilities include:

Management of Operations and Maintenance contract

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract to maintain and operate facilities and utility systems. This includes HVAC, ductwork, piping, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, water treatment, grounds maintenance, and custodial services on a multiple facility contract.

Perform O & M Management administration functions

The Project Manager will handle a variety of actions and problems relating to the assigned contracts, including performing O&M management administration functions. This may involve preparing and analyzing project fund status reports, reviewing billing procedures, and ensuring contractual requirements are met.

Monitor management plans

Responsible for monitoring budgets

Qualifications

Minimum of at least 5 (five) years of recent experience

Performing required services for buildings
