CTIA – The Wireless Association is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join their Executive Department in Washington D.C. This role involves providing efficient administrative support to the CEO/President and Executive Vice President, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following essential duties:
- Managing and maintaining daily schedules for the CEO/President and Executive Vice President.
- Providing day-to-day support and assistance to the executive team.
- Coordinating meeting planning, expenses, travel arrangements, and project management.
- Preparing materials for CEO/President and Executive Vice President prior to key meetings.
- Representing the executive team to staff, member companies, board members, and industry executives.
- Assisting in managing board of directors relationships and materials.
